Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

NJ & SI (In-Home) Part-Time / Full-Time $23 - $28 / Hour

Role Overview

As an RBT at Bright Path, you will work 1-on-1 directly with pediatric clients on the autism spectrum inside their home and community environments. Under the close clinical supervision of our BCBAs, you will implement play-based behavior plans designed to build communication, decrease self-injury/tantrums, and foster social skills.

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement direct 1-on-1 play-based behavior interventions (NET/FCT).
  • Record live target data using secure clinical software on company tablets.
  • Collaborate with parents on positive reinforcement routines during sessions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in psychology or education preferred).
  • Active BACB RBT Certification (If uncertified, must be willing to complete our paid 40-hour competency course).
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record, and clear background checks.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

NJ & SI (In-Home) Full-Time (Salary) $85,000 - $95,000 / Year

Role Overview

We are seeking an elite, pediatric-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise in-home cases. You will direct clinical assessment processes (using VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or EFL), design custom treatment manuals, supervise RBT implementation teams, and consult directly with parents to build developmental alignment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct clinical developmental assessments in natural home spaces.
  • Provide 1-on-1 supervision and fidelity training to RBT technicians.
  • Deliver warm parent coaching and attend local school IEP reviews.

Requirements

  • Active BACB BCBA Certification in good standing.
  • Active State Licensure in NJ (LBA) and NY (LBA) - or willing to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience conducting functional assessments and writing pediatric behavior plans.
